On-line personal training is such a new concept that it's easy to question how well it will work for you. Our service's novelty is the reason why we offer a 14-day free trial. In two weeks, a new user can become familiar with all of the program's features; in particular you can test out the vast capabilities of the nutrition manager and try tailored workouts given to you by our Personal Trainers. Although 14 days is long enough to start feeling the positive effects of your activity and nutrition plan, it is not long enough for most people to start feeling long-term effects and reach their goals.

Because of this, we have decided to provide you with reviews from our customers who have been so kind as to share with us their stories.

Mary signed up for Fit2Fit.com three months ago. She claims to have been a couch potato before then. At 186 pounds, she had always wanted to become fitter and lose weight, but had been unable to do so on her own. Her training continues to progress, and she notes that “everyone is complimenting me on how great I look. I have more muscle definition than before. At the same heart beat count, I can (or rather have to) exercise with more intensity, which I am so proud and happy about.”
